Video Producer (f/m/d)

to help us deliver a first-class learning experience! Through high-quality video content, you’ll drive user engagement across a range of marketing channels and enrich our course curricula.

The Video Producer is responsible for creating and developing all video materials such as training videos, interviews, external promotional social videos and product marketing videos. You will be working within the content team, reporting directly to the Creative Lead and collaborating with the wider marketing team as well as with the product and curriculum teams to produce informative, compelling visual content for our students and prospects.

1. Pre-production
  • Assume responsibility for the production of our in-house videos, from preparing and setting up equipment in our studio (lighting, teleprompter, microphones etc.) to scheduling presenters
  • Plan video shoots; when necessary, scout, select and reserve shoot locations
  • Develop production schedules and manage our video library
  • Provide creative input on initial scripts and throughout pre- and post-production

2. Production
  • Film regular, weekly high-quality HD videos that appeal to and educate both current and potential students

3. Post-production
  • Take the lead on editing footage according to scripts and production guidelines and deliver everything from color grading, sound design and mixing to encoding and mastering
  • Work with our design team to create compelling brand graphics for video projects
  • Participate in regular video analytics sessions to inform how we produce and curate video, both within the product and in our marketing channels

  • 1-2 years of video production experience 
  • Expert knowledge in the use of Adobe production design tools (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop)
  • Expert knowledge in recording and editing video and audio
  • Good understanding of lighting techniques. Strong eye for post-production color correction
  • Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current media trends
  • Understanding of video formats, DSLR Cameras, video production process and sound for video
  • Knowledgeable about different video and social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram TV etc.
  • Experience working across teams in a collaborative environment a plus
  • Understanding of design processes and web development is a BIG plus

This is an “Mid-Level” position. The salary band for this lies between EUR 33.600,- and EUR 38.400,- annual gross. Your relevant experience will be influencing the final salary.
